Dairy Mart Mineral Wells

Updated two years later- food is still outstanding! Fresh, hand patted burgers that are out of this world! Onion rings were insanely delicious also! I would not recommend eating inside. It is quite dirty and not very comfortable. However, the burger here is perfection!

We drove quite far just to try this place, and we will do it again in a heartbeat. This was hands down one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. We also had sweet potato fries which did not disappoint. Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a little hole in the wall as my husband likes to call it, but we absolutely enjoyed all of it. We love supporting small businesses and we are planning on going back!

We were passing through and decided to give this place a try. The sign was old and faded and the parking lot was empty. It looked like the perfect kind of local joint we like to try. There was no one else inside but the woman who took our order was very friendly and the burgers and fries were good and hot. They even have a lego board on one wall. I really do prefer to go to these dive joints (and I mean that lovingly) than to chain restaurants when we travel.

Let me tell ya, when ya drive thru town, and you see this little burger joint. Don't let the appearance fool ya. This one is a definite spot to put on your list of burgers to try on ya trip across America to find some daggum good burgers. You best be hungry, it's a biggun. No frills, no flashy signs or banners. Just a great burger, good chilli (thanks for that recommendation btw) fries were crispy and onion rings and those different hushpuppies. Nothing bad to say about this one. Just friendly people who know how to feed you. Ive ate lots of burgers around the country and this ones up there. If it weren't, look at my other reviews. This one's two thumbs up.

First timer here! What a gem this little burger joint is, and I'm extremely satisfied with my choice to try a burger at this establishment. The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet and all smiles. The burger is a huge patty of meat seasoned perfectly so as not to take away from the beef. Just the right amount of fixings and the bun had a great doughy chew to it (personal favorite). The fries were crunchy and freshly made with a good toss of salt, and the drink is basically a large with free refills. All this for 15!

Visiting Mineral Wells and came here for dinner. To be honest, Dallas is filled with hyperbole about the "best burger" you can find, and I've been over it for a while. But Dairy Mart was an amazing surprise! The burger was huge, the seasoning was delicious but didn't overwhelm the quality of the beef itself, the toppings were flavorful, and the tableside condiments were a cut above the usual. But even more so, the sweet potato fries! A touch earthy, sweet, crispy. I don't care to argue if this was the best ever, but for me it was a perfect experience.

This is a great down home place to eat. Real old fashioned hamburgers, made with real meat. If you were born in the 50's, you would have rode you bike here. Don't let looks fool you. Its so good!

The Best hamburgers that I've ever had in Texas! My girlfriend and I decided to go on a road trip today to see the Baker and we ran across the Dairy Mart. Amazing freaking hamburgers and French fries and onion rings! We will definitely be back!!
